A. We can’t replace any lost or broken jewelry. However, if anything you buy from us comes apart for any reason, we will happily put it back together for you. All we need is the email used for the original purchase and you just pay shipping.

A. Hold the crystal or jewelry in your hand and think about what you want to accomplish. Mentally speak your intention to the crystal or jewelry as if your saying it to a friend. Visualize as many details as you can without straining, and know that from now on your crystal companion is making it so!

A. Anything you receive from us will be cleansed and charged prior to shipping. As a general rule we recommend cleansing/clearing weekly if possible, and monthly at a minimum. Sometimes when certain crystals are helping you through a tough time you may want to clear them more often. If you go longer than a month nothing bad will happen, but it’s a best practice to keep healthy energy flowing around you.
