How much will it cost to ship my order?

For all domestic orders within the continental United States:

Orders less than $65: To keep costs down for customers, shipping prices are calculated based on weight of order and where it is being shipped to. You will have the option to choose either standard 3-4 day shipping, or 2 day priority shipping. All prices and shipping times are visible when making your selection

Orders above $65:  FREE Standard Shipping (3-4 days)

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package.

As you checkout, you will have the option to select expedited options, if you are eligible. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow a processing time of 1 to 2 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship.

Ancient Element Creations does not ship Sundays or on national holidays, but we do ship on Saturdays. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.

How long will I have to wait for my package to arrive?

Normally, transit times are typically 2 to 4 business days within the continental US and up to 4-6 weeks for international delivery. However, due to COVID-19, all of the shipping carriers are experiencing delays. 

• Orders shipping via Standard shipping may take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered.
• Orders shipping via expedited methods arrive in about 1-4 business days (depending on the method selected). 
• International Orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
• Business days do not include Sundays and/or holidays.

Why is taking longer than usual for my order to arrive?

As shipping providers and delivery systems are facing massive strain due to COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual to arrive once shipped. Once the package has been picked up and transferred to the shipping provider, Ancient Element Creations is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order. If you are on a deadline or a strict timeline, we highly recommend looking into expedited shipping options, as even if you live locally, there are significant delays with ground shipping.

My order says a shipping label has been created. What does this mean?

When you receive your shipping notification email, you may see that the tracking information says the label has been created and the carrier is "awaiting item." Your order has been handed over to the carrier but it can take a while for them to update the tracking, especially given major delays from COVID-19. Please allow 2-3 business days, and let us know if there's no further movement within that time frame.

International Orders

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped (the weight) and how quickly you wish to receive your package.

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your shipment to arrive internationally, depending on the shipping method you choose when you place your order. We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! However, after your package leaves the Ancient Element Creations facility, we have no control over the speed to which it arrives at your doorstep.
